It took me a while to dare to offer an online training. It's not in my nature to teach in any way other than in person — and yet, here I am.
I prefer to call this program a pre-training. Not out of modesty, but because that's exactly what it is: a solid foundation designed to deepen your understanding of the world of yoga as a whole.
Together, we will explore the philosophy of yoga, its history, Ayurveda, and the SATIAM® method as a whole — all enriched by my years of study in physiotherapy and osteopathy, and by the latest scientific research.
The goal? For you to become your own coach. To understand your body deeply enough that you no longer depend on an external method.
This training is also the official prerequisite to access the full training — and thus to mobilize your CPF account. Whatever your background, your level, your past with yoga.
